I recently started the adult Jiu-Jitsu class in January 08. I look forward to each and every class. I

of your moves. We recently received a DVD the first in a series. Having this has been a great tool for me allowing me
to analyze what we are learning and break it down and see how to apply each position and what makes it work. It
makes it possible to see exactly how you need to apply the technique. I can't wait for the next DVD in the series.
